red ale / 33 cl
variety: strong dark Belgian ale
An ale with a deep colour and a delicate, hazelnut-coloured head. It leaves a predominantly fruity aroma of fig, raspberry and cherry on the nose, as well as toasted malt, which has notable chocolate, caramel and hazelnut notes. It releases its strong alcoholic flavour and bitter accents from the very first sip. This is an ale to be enjoyed slowly. Excellent paired with mature salami and spicy food.
